The Montana Distillery is located in beautiful Missoula, Montana.  We are Montanas oldest fully functioning distillery since prohibition.  We use Montana/Idaho sugar beets to make our award-winning vodkas and gin, and our award-winning cocktails. 

We make our products on-site and also sell bottles and cocktails in the Tasting Room

We use real natural ingreadients with NO added sugar, NO artificial flavors, NO artificial colors and NO extracts

We started up in the Flathead Valley in Eureka, MT taking over Flathead Distillers.  The process involved us living in a friend's 76 Winnebago motorhome.  It did the job and kept us and our dogs warm or the dogs kept us warm.  We moved the distillery back to Missoula and the building we had fell through.  So we put everything in storage, kept looking and kept our other jobs as we started to create what is today "The Montana Distillery". About 1.5 years later, as part of this 10 year process, we opened our doors 12-13-14.  We have had plenty of help from family and friends to make this go.  After our first year we won some big awards with our Woody Street Premium-Gold, and our Cucumber-Silver, Bacon-Bronze, Ginger-Silver and Raspberry-Silver.  Our Gin won a Double Gold which is very cool, and our Tasting Room Cocktails are receiving accolades and awards at various events.
